Church Family Gift Exchange

(Each family should be asked
to bring a gift to exchange of a pre-determined amount. At the appropriate time, a representative
from each family should be directed to get their own gift. Family member should all be seated together
but there should be several tables of families.
The following reading will indicate the order in which the exchanges
should occur.)
1.
Pass to a member
of another family to your right at the same table.
2.
Exchange with
another family at the same table that has a different color wrapping on their
package.
3.
Exchange with
another family at a different table that has either color of wrapping on their
package.
4.
Pass to a member
of another family to your left at the same table.
5.
Exchange with
another family at the same table that has the same color of wrapping on their
package.
6.
Exchange with
the family directly across from you.
7.
Exchange with
whatever family you want to.
8.
Exchange with a
family that has the same color bow as you.
If no one has the same color, just keep your gift.
9.
Exchange with a
family that has a smaller package than you if you want to exchange at this
point but only if that family is willing to exchange.
10.
Pass to a member
of another family to your right at the same table.
Keep the gift if it is not you own. If it is the one you brought, find someone
who is willing to exchange with you.
