KARO PUMPKIN PIE
½ c. sugar
½ t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
½ t. ginger
1/8 t. cloves
2 eggs
½ c. Karo® syrup
1 can (15 ox.) pumpkin
1 can (12 ox.) evaporated milk
1 deep dish pie shell
Mix sugar, salt and spices. Add eggs. Beat slightly. Add remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 40-50 minutes, or until knife inserted in pie center comes out clean.
