PUMPKIN BARS

 

Crust:

1 c. flour

½ c. oatmeal

½ c. brown sugar

½ c. butter or margarine

Bake in 9 x 13 pan, 350 degrees, 15 min.

 

Filling:

1 small can pumpkin

2 eggs

¾ c. sugar

½ t. salt

¼ t. cloves

1 t. cinnamon

½ t. ginger

 

Pour onto crust and bake 20 min.

 

Topping:

½ c. nuts

2 T. butter or margarine

½ c. brown sugar

 

Sprinkle on top, bake 20 min.
