PUMPKIN DESSERT
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
1 can (12 ox.) evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
4 t. pumpkin pie spice
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
¾ c. butter or margarine, melted
1 ½ c. chopped walnuts
In mixing bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with dry cake mix and drizzle with butter. Top with walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
